What is included
We meet at our garage in the center of Ilulissat, where the tour begins.
We provide large winter suits, gloves, and warm ceramic hand warmers to keep you comfortable in the cold weather.
Together, we drive out to our dog area where the sled dogs are waiting.
We prepare the sled together, allowing everyone to experience the traditional setup process.
The journey begins, and we ride through the breathtaking landscape. Midway, we’ll take a break with a warm beverage.After the break, there will be time to pet and connect with the dogs before we head back.
Practical information
To get the best and most comfortable experience on our sleigh ride, we recommend that you come well dressed for the Arctic climate. Although we offer winter suits and gloves, it is important to bring the following extra clothing:
- Very warm clothing: Layer-on-layer clothing is ideal for keeping warm.
- Extra Socks: Preferably thick woolen socks, as it helps keep feet warm.
- Ski underwear: A good set of ski underwear acts as the best inner layer.
- Hat and Gloves: Bring a warm cap and extra gloves for maximum comfort.
