- If an activity is cancelled by us due to bad weather, technical problems or other unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
- If a customer wishes to cancel an activity, our general cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to the activity provides a full refund.
Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before the activity provides a 50% refund.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject participants who fail to meet safety requirements or exhibit irresponsible behavior.
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the activity does not provide a refund.
- If we cancel an activity due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we offer a full refund or the option to rebook.
